Captivate 5.5 not tracking completion in LMS

i have short quiz created in captivate 5.5 track completion in plateau / success factors lms 5.8.  using aicc reporting method.  scorm not option.  no matter options choose, lms not mark complete.  seems captivate quiz not initializing lms.  stays on "loading" message longer usual, plays.

i've looked on web solution , can't find one.  i've tried fixes captivate 5.0 , don't work.

the first thing verify if indeed lesson can talk lms @ all. if indeed lesson not initializing lms (not finding api), cause of problem!

 

so, when lesson launches, close it, there reflection in lms occurrred? status perhaps changed 'not started' 'in progress' (or change along lines)? if not marked completed, score reported?

 

you've tried 'fixes', this?

can plateau offer help? debug tools/pages/methods on lms you/they can review see if indeed lesson having problems initializing api?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
