help in pa

i purchased adobe photoshop elements 10 & adobe premiere elements 10 package.

i inserted disc #1 , downloaded photoshop elements 10.

after computer restarted, tried downloading premiere elements 10.

i received error telling me put in disc #2.

i inserted disc #2 nothing happened.

this when realized had installed 32 bit version of photoshop , wanted 64 bit version.

i uninstalled 32 bit version , reset windows earlier time.

i inserted disc #2 download both nothing happened.

so have serial numbers both , 5 hours later can nothing them because can't either download.
