hi,

mark , talked lot topic since last post. i'm going give summary of see goals , why if want skip ahead there code link @ bottom.

so describe wanted this: 1. way of grouping items allows multiple assignments same item , 2. these things simplicity sake going call tags should optionally able nested. 3. should easy make menu link (or link in general) gets of items tag , 4. optimally tags should able apply content type developer buys system.

tags different have in joomla categories in that: tags not containers other items meaning hierarchy of tags end tags , not have final leaves items articles. items not inherit tag whereas categories items (and other categories) inherit acl , publication status. tag being unpublished or limited managers not limit items tagged being unpublished or visibility.

some of confusion terminology here think comes people looking @ wp has call tagegories. has combined system single table holds categories, can nested, , tags, can't nested. tags concept came after categories concept because of problems scaling when there large numbers of categories, why wp encourages users limit use of categories , focus on tags instead. wp uses system categories similar had in 1.5 or have mappings in smart search. not use nested sets why doesn't scale well.

so did write code new core component create , manage tags , allow applying tags 4 core content types (though there no reason categories , user profiles couldn't added list, potentially phase 1 if decide go this). not finished in people great @ jquery want make ui better focused on easy way create new tags on fly when editing/creating , item , didn't modify layouts show tags item assigned (the new layouts system this), it's start. if interested please take , test , give feed back.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
