Acl List Control - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

actually working on site based on joomla , created 4 groups , each group have more 1 people related specific group,so want when user login admin panel , after login admin panel,when created new menu suppose "abc" menu when open menu there access level field mention.what want access level shown person login means if sam login , content creator in access level field,i want show content creator remove rest of option.so,if have solution please reply me back
groups
1. content creator-sam
2. sme (approver)-john
3. ux team (approver)-steve
4. publisher-matt

access level
1. authoring group

1. content author:
a. should have access both backend , frontend of joomla site.
b. should able create new page (menu item. select template page , save it). should able create instance of master module , place module on newly created page.
c. should not able delete content/page/module/item.
d. when done creation of page, submit page/module editor approval.
e. in case if editor rejected modify content , submit again.
f. should able publish authoring group.

2. sme
a. receives notification content author new/old content created/edited , next step approve it.
b. go page/module , take action (reject/approve). in case of rejection, email sent content author letting him/her know content rejected , can change , submit again. in case of approval, email sent ux team member.
c. can edit content

3. ux team member
a. actions same sme 1 difference. when rejects content, goes sme , when approves content goes publisher.

4. publisher:
a. take of content (in case if page/module modified) through phpmyadmin.
b. publish page/module
