Can I package a book with all its files and graphics?

hi everyone,

windows7, fm 10 newbie here.

i have hand off book in fm format.  there way files can packaged along graphics? if can't done automatically, in indesign, there way identify graphics used in book (other using date created create cutoff date)? there graphics in folder not used, or have been deleted.

can book automatically copied files, if it's opened in different directory, it's complete?  or have saved separately?

appreciate can give me, if can tell me it's impossible!

i know can identify graphics used in book follows:

 

open book.

 

select add >  list of > references...

 

from set list of references box, click imported graphics don't include box.

 

click <-- arrow , click add.

 

in update book box, check generate table of contents, lists, , indexes box.

 

click update , generate seperate file lists graphic files, , locations, used in book.

 

you can copy book anywhere, long files points not change location.

 

someone else along rest.
