Captivate 5.5 Preview/ Publishing Right Click Error - Uncaught TypeError

hello,

 

i have encountered issue adobe captivate 5.5 (windows xp). 

 

when previewing or publishing movie right click functionality right click not responsive.  i.e. not progress next slide.  experiencing issue on captivates until working fine.  have created a test project new, creating trivial example see if error occurs - , does. 

 

the actual right click javascript (standard.js) appears working flash context menu disabled. 

 

when viewing console in chrome can see error:

 

  1. uncaught typeerror: object #<htmlembedelement> has no method 'rightclick' standard.js:81
    1. rightclick.callstandard.js:81
    2. (anonymous function)

 

what have tried:

 

  • reinstalling captivate
  • creating test captivate
  • testing projects on team members instalation - interesting issue occurs on new projects created on team members computer.

if testing example project lan or local hard drive must set publish folder location trusted location in flash global security settings, otherwise right click not work.

 

alternate very, upload published files including swf, html , js web server , access via http.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
