Connecting to Dynamic Link server failed

i using hp desktop computer:

- 24 gbs ram

- quad core i7

- nvidia gtx-580 gpu

- windows 7 professional

 

i have master collection cs6 , i'm not sure if dynamic link ever worked me. experiencing 2 issues:

 

1). when use media encoder, want use "file" > "add after effects composition..." or "premiere pro sequence..." , can't progress further. when try bring in premiere pro sequence, loading bar, never loads sequence. when try bring in after effects composition, message "connecting dynamic link server failed."

 

2). when open squence in premiere pro has clip dynamically linked after effects, clip show in timeline media not found or available. have try , relink make work. huge hassell if have many clips dynamically linked.

 

i have tried virus scans, reinstalling software , checking make sure firewall not blocking adobe protocols. nothing seems work. unfortunately have never been able use dynamic link until got computer speedy enough allow me run premiere , after effects @ smae time! :-) else having issue , there solution?

adobe should know whether working or not now. 1 of main reasons went adobe editing software dynamic link. if bug or defect, need post update/fix quickly. have project want work on dl fit nicely workflow.

 

has else ran across issue? there solution? try call adobe tech support today , see have - no matter how long may on hold.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
