CS6 Installation Nightmare

i upgraded cs6 , after installation on computer, works day, pop-up saying have trial. have uninstalled 4 times.

 

adobe has uninstalled , reinstalled remote access.

 

i have followed every instruction given adobe , dell, had  total of 3 remote accesses computer. 1 adobe , 2 dell

 

hve been told make myself adminstrator,...i am.

 

given instructions make myself admistrator on cs6, did that.

 

got new firewall because dell said had virus causing problem ($250 , new firewall $139)....same result next day.....

 

have been given instructions change name of files of of common files.....that didn't work.

 

i tired of "chatting" --it takes hours , end same result. have updated open case , have been told respond tomorrow, how  more time willing in invest coming , end. 

 

  granted not expert, have had other expert here. has been dumfounded process also.

do have unexpired adobe trials have not been uninstalled?   did have cs6 beta , not unistalled it?   if uninstall them.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
