Linked Text, surely a simple solution?

hello all,

all trying set situation in 1 bit of text replicated throughout document linked text should be.

so, example, in contract, want type 1 area clients name "tim" , wherever 'placeholder' text gets updated reflect "tim"

for example:

client "tim"

this agreement between tim , on.

tim guarantees sell me rocket etc. tim warrants pay 2020 etc.

---------------------

only updating first "tim".

i've searched , searched , read files hours. driving me insane.

please, please, tell me how manage simple task?
