mosets tree modules dont show up in specific pages - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, have little problem. in homepage use browse categories module of mosets tree , in separate pages of categories have positioned other mtree modules. when choose category browse module in home page modules in category's page dont appear.
on other hand, when select same category menu item of menu apart moset tree modules of category sown normally.

i have notice when choose category mtree module url looks like:
.../index.php/component/mtree/nightlifes?itemid=

but when choose category main menu menu item like:
.../index.php/component/mtree/nightlifes?itemid=471

could me? in advance!

from redirect manager in joomla following message:

db function failed error number 1146
table 'mydb.a95wy_attachments' doesn't exist sql=select * a95wy_attachments created_by=81 , parent_id null (err 200)

please need help!
