package installer does not work in Joomla 3 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i have migrated component jfuploader , 2 plugins joomla 3.
they install fine when install them individually.

in joomla 2.5 had package installer installed component , 2 plugins.

but fail message:

jfolder: :files: path not folder. path: ...\joomla30\administrator\components\com_jfuploader
jinstaller: :install: cannot find xml setup file
jfolder: :files: path not folder. path: ...\joomla30\components\com_jfuploader
jinstaller: :install: cannot find xml setup file

the xml file (shortened version) use looks this:
<extension version="3.0" type="package" method="upgrade">
<packagename>jfuploader</packagename>
<packager>michael dempfle</packager>
<name>jfuploader</name>
<author>michael dempfle</author>
<creationdate>january 2013</creationdate>
<version>3.0</version>
<files>
<file id="com_jfuploader" type="component">com_jfuploader_3_j3x.zip</file>
</files>
</extension>

com_jfuploader_3_j3x.zip install , works fine.

the package appear @ 'manage' when try uninstall messages:
warning
package uninstall: missing manifest file
message
error uninstalling package.

and have fix in db deleting entry in _extension.

any idea or working example of package installer joomla 3?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
