Photoshop errors

i've been trying install cs5.5 design standard on couple xp machines (sp3). i've had no problems on number of other similar machines using batch scripts wrote, suite refuses install on 2 computers. can acrobat on okay using batch script, script photoshop, indesign, , illustrator fails. tried installing 3 manually have done on other machines successfully, these 2 install indesign, illustrator, , extras come them. photoshop refuses install.

 

there errors follows. seems it's trying install 64bit on 32bit os though don't 64bit option when selecting applications install. *do* options when installing on win7 64bit, baffling. thoughts? can't seem force install!
