Shared Computer Outlook E-mail Accounts


i created form custom e-mail submit button sends pdf form next approver selected user drop-down list. form works correctly on computers have 1 outlook e-mail account submit buttons not work correctly when employess sharing computer (muliple outlook e-mail accounts). there way when send e-mail button clicked, outlook would, "ask" account should open?

it able me proper terminology may elaborate issue bit.  many users may share same computer, under same windows login username.  facilitate them being able connect individual email accounts, setup email profiles going control panel > mail (in windows).  cannot select default profile check box "prompt profile used", should come play whenever users opens outlook or hits "mailto" or "send email" button application.  user see "choose profile" window appear , can proceed enter username/password upon selection of email profile.  adobe seems skip "choose profile" window , instead choose first email profile created on machine, , ask username & password.  although 1 might think put in correct username , password, not work since adobe (or perhaps windows) trying authenticate wrong email account.

acrobat uses microsofts's mapi (messaging application programming interface) send email doesn't give control beyond basics (as far know).

 

i think have go separate user logins want.
