The future of Flash and Actionscript 3.0, need your advise

hello friends, i'm learning actionscript 3.0, have been reading lot adobe disscontinuing flash in near future in support of html 5. now, want know this: should continue education in as3.0, or wasting time?

 

if wasting time, language should learn give me ability make robust websites? java???

 

and "flash" program gonna obsolete? i'm confused on subject , want work effeciently.

 

please, need advise knows, can continue education in right path.

 

recommendations links, books, videos appreciated might think can me in matter.

you should list of sources you're indicating have been reading can have better idea of potential validity of reading.

 

as far as3 goes, should continue studies... there future despite fact as3 replaced as4 , on time go by.  , if web design in future should follow on learning can relevant html5/javascript/css have skills needed well.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
