use ubuntu 11.04 , discovered in network router log these lines below.

log: corega router 150mbps

concerns "dns_hijack", access internet working well.
router hijacked?!?!

dns hijacking or dns redirection practice of redirecting resolution of domain name system (dns) names other dns servers. done malicious purposes such phishing; for self-serving purposes internet service providers (isps) direct users' http traffic via isp's own webservers advertisements served, statistics can collected, or other purposes of isp; , dns service providers block access selected domains form of censorship.
i assume router either provided isp or, undoubtedly connects modem or other device provided isp.

ever click home , instead of finding google, ubuntuforums, etc. see greeting or sign-in page isp? that's common form of dns hijack. if feature not used isp, feature appears built in , not quite configured correctly.
