please note happens in in particular webpage alone

when access webpage

please note cannot javascript or css script running on client side since i'm viewing direct html source code in browser , not generated source code

how happen @ ?

i'm puzzled !

oh wait ! on keel, accessed same page windows dos prompt running perl lwp script , able see first source code , not second. there html source code discrepancy in windows , ubuntu. question why ???
