YouTube Troubles

i avid user of popular site, youtube. doubt of users on forum unfamiliar website.

 

i having extreme trouble buffering youtube videos. 2 months ago buffer , stream 720p video, , ever since no longer watch 360p video @ all.

 

i 1 in network having problem.

 

i have searched other people having problem, , saw couple threads few years ago, nothing recent.

 

i have gone through multiple troubleshooting 'adventures'.

 

i have installed more ram computer different reasons, , no change made (i went 3.00gb of installed ram 4.00gb).

 

i have close friend has computer can barely run flash games because of miniscule processing power/ram, , can buffer 480p videos worse internet speed me.

 

it isn't internet speed, have plenty.

it isn't bandwidth, have plenty.

it isn't other site, youtube. other websites play videos ease, other sites embedded youtube videos not buffer easily.

 

i can't see reason why happening. don't remember doing extreme changes computer other new installed ram in past 9 months.

 

if has problem, please let me know.

if has solution problem, please let me know.

 

a note: have looked bandwidth problem, youtube videos buffer faster during hours of around 3am - 6am, still not fast enough watch 360p videos.

 

if can point finger @ problem is, extremely greatful.

another note: use google chrome, , have tested other browsers no better preformance (ie9, firefox).

youtube buffers 720p , 1080p videos @ full speed (in case 30 mbits). causes high cpu usage when video paused loading. flash plugin 11.3 worse in firefox protected mode on. buffering real pain, uses 50% cpu on intel core2duo e8500 (3.16 ghz) video paused. better internet connection worse buffer issues are. if use netbook or older computer (single core) think flash player unusable.

install flash player 11.2 or 10.3. still consume cpu cycles when buffering less latest version.

 

adobe employing users alpha testers, hope html5 video replaces buggy flash plugin soon.
