"re-resource" an isolated .indd file (automated process?)

hi all.

 

i trying edit .indd file have in folder on here (along pdf , jpg version). new software , obvious me should saving more indd.

 

is there way re-associate backup data in same folder indd file - or how work exactly?

 

i mean, opens ok if want edit have associated data. @ same time - when put on deadline , working fast , images moved around quite bit. these images in folder somewhere , suppose manually go through , find each of them prefer not spend time doing this.

 

can me out on question tell me how should handle in future?

when place images youare linking them located. id stores pointer location, , long don't move linked files id have no problem finding them.

 

that said, if run package command file menu, id create new folder inthe location of choice , make copy of both .indd file , need output, , update links inthe copy  package location. there command in links panel menu "copy links to..." makes copies of th elinsk andupdate pointers without packaging.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
