Error Message: "The parameter is incorrect" when trying to modify SSLs

like wrote in subject line, robohelp pop-ups error message “the parameter incorrect” when try modify ssl.

what happens next, “print document general” window opens, not allow me select (the fields blank).

if close window , open again, seems work until have select styles our microsoft word template.

then error message “the parameter incorrect” appears again, , robohelp not allow me select stylesheet
