how to auto save and pre-fill some textfields

first time open pdf, there textfields. empty.

i click on button call web service. returns text , fill in textfields.

if 1 of these textfields, "message", has got auto-filled text "success", pdf needs remember text in of rest of fields. next time when user open it, fields should text generated last time.

notice "do want save file" auto-popup window won't meet requirement. if user clicks on "no" popup window, "success" transaction web service, fields should saved.

i read through this, may not able use it. have livecycle designer es3. don't know how adminui or process work.

in designer es3 there auto save option in form properties can activate.

remember, form needs usage rights savable through reader, need acrobat apply rights form first.
