InDesign CS6 crashing when exporting document containing placed PDFs

i upgraded indesign cs6. working smoothly until went export master file magazine design. workflow such build each story in own indesign file, export pdf. have "master file" place completed pdfs into, apply page numbering using a-master , place advertisements, , export final 140-page file 1 single pdf. have been using process many years.

 

all of smaller individual pdfs export fine on own, when try export master file, crashes @ 75-99% completion. "background task" error, , other times entire application crashes.

 

this exclusive cs6. if export master file idml bring cs5.5 , export, works perfectly. went several months , pulled previous master files, , crash when trying export cs6 work when exporting cs5.5.

 

i have tried:

 

- exporting master pdf in 50-75 page chunks

- resetting indesign cs6 preferences

- running system utilities, cleaners, clearing font caches, restarting, etc.

- creating new master file in cs6 , copying of pages new file

- creating new master file in cs6 , individual re-placing each pdf

 

...and nothing works.

 

to sum up, cs6 crashes when exporting relatively large pdf containing placed pdfs. suggestions on try next? major problem , complete dealbreaker workflow if solution cannot found.

 

my system:

17" macbook pro (mid-2010), 2.66 dual core i7, ssd, 8gb ram, mac osx 10.6.8

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
