Quit Working in Mid Stream

my pse 10 working fine, when went "save as' nothing work.  edit panel on right hand side disappeared.  used tech solution.."re-boot".   nothing.

 

i appreciate ideas might have.

when asking question on photoshop elements user-to-user forums, can make easier folks proactively providing answers following questions:

 

  • what version of photoshop elements? include minor version number (e.g., photoshop elements 9 9.0.3 update).
  • have installed recent updates? (if not, should. fix lot of problems.)
  • what operating system? should include specific minor version numbers, "mac osx v10.6.8"---not "mac".
  • what kind(s) of image file(s)? when talking camera raw files, include model of camera.
  • if getting error message(s), full text of error message(s)?
  • what doing when problem occurred?what other software running?
  • tell computer hardware. how ram installed? how free space on system (c:) drive?
  • has ever worked before? if so, recall changes made pse, such adding plug-ins, brushes, etc.? did make changes system, such updating hardware, printers or drivers; or installing/uninstalling programs?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
