Thread: Edit GRUB boot options


i switched laptop ubuntu 11.04 10.04.2, , during process, used gparted partition drive have both versions installed simultaneously while transferred files , settings , such. few days ago, removed 11.04 partition, formatted , added disk space 10.04's /home partition. however, when boot up, grub still gives me option of loading newer 11.04 partition newer kernels. how remove options grub menu? checked ubuntu grub pages, didn't feel confident edits without messing 10.04 boot settings.
