hello, add text field registration form. possible check it's 12 digits integer?

it's bit of work achieve, because need adjust users/profile system well.
if inexperienced, perhaps need extension this.
like jomsocial, or community builder, or forms extension.

personally not install such large extensions add single field registration form. hack joomla add field, said it's bit of work.
