Horrific experience, still no luck.
firstly, please note understand creative cloud new service , bound have teething issues. i'm posting out of both frustration , desire see if else having similar issues me. i'm long time adobe customer , upsets me things have been handled badly in instance, adobe see post , offer insight went wrong.
i purchased cc subscription online in july , received email confirmation shortly after. email stated should wait 24 hours before subscription becomes active. days went by, still no email. started logging adobe site daily , noticed there nothing under order history, order reference had didn't seem exist , there no emails adobe in spam folder... started worry.
i called adobe several times asking when expect subscription to, well, exist @ all. told several times known issue , should use trial software until resolved. annoyed me bit @ least able download , use software whilst rectified issues. assured problem ironed out , shouldn't worry.
30 days later, trial , subscription still didn't exist. @ point accountant informed me indeed being charged service. can imagine, being charged service can't use not ideal, phoned support several times explaining situation, each time battling both language barrier , adobe's failure comprehend issue (yes, have tried signing in username , password, yes, understand have section on site.)
eventually got through lady took me seriously. put me on hold 30 minutes until came , reported issue had been esculated , should expect contact adobe within 24 hours. progress.
nope. nothing adobe, nothing in spam folder. call , once again i'm told 24 hours. cycle repeats several weeks until give hope. launched live chat in attempt close subscription , after battling barely legible english, i'm told account closed , no further payments taken account. far, have yet recieve confirmation of time tell if indeed case.
to add insult injury, i'm told not eligible refund months have been billed. adobe, sham. ironically, adobe hq here in england directly opposite flat, attempted directly them turned away @ reception, worth shot!
if else in similar situation me perhaps @ earlier stage, advice give , cancel payments bank.
is email address use here on forums same 1 used when trying subscribe creative cloud? adobe@....? have kind of case number when contacted support?
