How can you make FMS 4.5 stop limiting itself to 20-25 Mbps of bandwidth?

i'm working on upgrade actionscript 3.0 website, , upgrade multiplies number of rtmp connections liable used @ 1 time streaming live video , audio (sometimes uploading, more downloading).  well, pretty hit sort of limit performance where, modest number of such connections, latency becomes serious issue.

 

the server's computer's cpu , memory usage isn't going off deep end, , fms server's cpu , memory usage isn't going off deep end.  don't seem affected this.  in admin console fms server, becomes evident it's bandwidth problem of sorts.

 

what's strange though little while, if keep adding new connections, bandwidth usage goes linearly. peaks.  once gets 20-25 mbps, won't go further.

 

i've looked around way configure limit lot higher is.  haven't been able find anything.  closest i've come bandwidthcap tags in application.xml, don't apply; they're capping bandwidth individual connections.

 

is there not way me raise bandwidth limit overall server have halfway decent number of simultaneous video streaming connections?  running fms server on computer meets half of minimum memory requirements, , aware may real problem here.  need know whether true before tell boss need more memory.  if there chance configurable or something, need try first.  if it's of computer resources issue due not meeting minimum requirements, need way explain that's problem is.  thanks!

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
