Monitor calibration problem

first time in forum , i'm first admit knowledge limited, appreciated.

i've built new pc win7 64bit , twin monitors. following advice i've installed 2 matching ati grahics boards , connected 1 monitor each. "main" screen eizo , use "second monitor" in lightroom , main monitor in photoshop. second monitor cheap , cheerful lg has palettes etc ps , used word processing etc. manufacturer's drivers used both screens.

i have calibrated both using eye1 display2 , correct icc profile appears assigned each monitor. problem appear different, monitor 2 (the lg) brighter monitor 1 (the eizo). monitor 1 matches printer that's ok shouldn't both screens same - or missing something?

any , gratefully received.

it practically impossible 2 monitors same unless the 2 identical.

even if calibration of each monitor performed, achieve each monitor can on own.  differences will show.

when 1 of them high quality monitor eizo , other 1 cheapo life good (lg) bargain, be  absurd expect them anywhere near identical.
