A new private message has arrived from - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i keep getting these messages in email inbox. not know why i'm getting them. when click on link , sign in, following message: "500 - error has occurred. not authorised view resource."

i'm running joomla 2.5.6 , not have site setup users log into. account setup super user.
