Gah! Website has function that replaces chr(10) with spaces

hello, everyone.

i working on website has function automatically replace chr(10) spaces when form submit. cannot prevent being used.

when form textarea submit, line breaks being replaced spaces, destroying formatting of submit.

when pulling said text database, how can go reconstructing line breaks , restoring formatting?

you can't. how can tell of spaces used lfs, , spaces? can't. simple that.

i revisit notion have "i cannot prevent being used". need ot go whoever makes decision , "we can't use that, because screwing out data".
