from gray in beard, thought might old enough understand power of grace slick , "sex, drugs , rock 'n roll" era pretty defined generation. "go ask alice". head right before do, , understand. song can used on both of television shows "the sopranos" , "the simpson's" decades later, indicates fundamental part of society formed it's relevance.

 

as "in garden of eden", while great song, long radio, @ time, many of had on our transistor radios. wasn't embedded in our psyche. besides, how can take song had title, band member named drunk couldn't understand it. , then, when sober (or less drunk) decided go slurred version of "in-a-gadda-da-vida". in case, came after white rabbit , possibly not have been accepted had not grace slick gotten best drug culture song past censors.

 

i tried find video of how remember first seeing woman loved thoughout teens, in go-go boots , miniskirt. changed quite bit 1965 1967. find smother's brother's show or 1 woodstock. terribly high @ woodstock music suffered.

 

also, since rock 'n roll never survived 1960s, few songs after woodstock rock 'n roll anyway. woodstock pinnacle of music of generation.
