installing PSE10

our daughters laptop windows 7 read our new-in-the-box pse 10 (i did not install there).  while our desktop windows xp not.  want install on desktop can't.  the windows disc, #1, shows blank.  of system requirements stated on box have been met.  when attempt load disc, drive stops responding.  how can fix this?  work download trial version of pse10 , use codes box activate full version?

i downloaded trial version , used 30 days.  when bought boxed version amazon, entered serial number , activated it.  worked version english.  if version other english don't know; otherwise should work.

 

the trial version on adobe website:  however, not sure if can both 32bit , 64 bit versions (less important though);  need find out 32 bit versions works fine on xp system.

 

did know can install pse on 2 systems; laptop , desktop?  allowed.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
