Roundlab template - create "behind-menu" rectangle? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

this simple tweak, unable achieve on own.
i'm using roundlab template , love feel of 2 buttons right of logo (home / site map). unfortunately, when assign menu of own site, displays text, not beautiful grey rectangular shape see behind button home.
at first thought image file, after browsing through images folder believe should changed within code.
could please suggest me how bring out such nice rectangular shape?
