Submission Receipts and Adobe ID's

i reply field on submission receipts display email address company uses customer service. not wish show personal corporate email address--nor adobe id owns subscription formscentral--as not appropriate use of form.

 

i have listed customer service email account co-author , sent invitation. however, adobe not allow me register email adobe id no apparent reason.  is there no other way add additional email choices?

 

imo, tying option "co-author" , subsequently requiring set-up of adobe id each co-author quite hassle. when don't allow email account in question register in first place!

what message getting?

 

what doing should work:

  • you invite customer service email address
  • the customer service folks email
  • they click on email invitation
  • create adobe id
  • then view form file

 

once should see name in drop down within submission receipts (if don't close , re-open file see if appears)

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
