using tag_edit and tag

im working on webapp, kind of still learning web app tag usage.

i need list items of webapp , next have check box delete - , when click on web app item link opens let them edit it.

this being done in secured area site owner login add listings -

i cant find docs on how implement edit , delete tags though - see them no specifics or examples -

why site owner going there? can manage web app items in admin.

the tag edit link owner of web app item (which need set in admin) , in list view have hyperlink links edit layout has form.

delete same , says on tin.

but seems building end client of site? when admin them things already.
