After update, I see only raw strings (no language pack) - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello joomlers,

i have working joomla 1.5.26 site , after upgrade attempt jupdater, described in joomla 2.5 docs, ok except strings. text in database correctly loaded, "system strings" not loaded: example, "logo" in top-left corner of administration backend shows "jadministrator", options not shown in "human-readable" format, etc.

for experience software programming, looks language files not loaded , interface showing instead raw strings should substituted. installed aussiesrus english language pack (full) testing -- no go.

then restored 1.5.26 files backup public_html folder , working fine again.

what might happening??

it looks php function ini_set has been disabled in environment. review of discussion http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=617&t=606004 of help.

suggest checking host service provider setting.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
