Can my company get a refund if we can't at least get After Effects CS4 through the Cloud?

when called 800 number purchase adobe cloud subscription, asked if after effects included. answer got "yes."  perhaps should have mentioned computer i'm on 32-bit xp system. yes, realize latest , greatest ae won't work on it, however, realize earlier version offered 32-bit xp when people purchased suite.

 

my job depends on having after effects , i've been happily using cs4 until hard drive took dump. boss went through lot of trouble approve adobe cloud.

 

so what? can ae cs4 @ least offered me or should company try refund?

although adobe has done nothing wrong here possibly ask them refund still leaves outdated software. what?

 

alternatively company invest in today's software platform.

 

also sounds hardware old , running on overtime. how long until dies on completely?

 

if after effects crucial workflow, provide 64 bit machine running windows 7 can run cs6.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
