Captivate 5/Saba Double Escape Sequence

i trying import captivate 5 module created imported powerpoint sme saba's lms system. publish settings are:

• scorm 1.2,
• complete/incomplete,
• percent, 
• quiz results only,
• report score
• customization settiings: 
  • never send checked,
  • escape version unchecked

 

every time post saba, import process shows no errors.

 

when go open preview option, receive following:

server error in application "default web site"

http error 404.11 - not found;

"the request filtering module configured deny request contains double escape sequence." 

 

the course looks fine when open module after published locally, error occurs somewhere in saba reading imported package. there ideas how can fix this? of now, cannot publish make in captivate our lms making software obsolete me.

saba support of no help? since it's system's error message, you'd think they'd able tell means...

 

'double escape' implies me issue text formatting.

in captivate lesson, check lesson , course names , identifiers.

be sure there no 'odd' characters in there, apostrophes or ampersands. try making of items simple word (i.e. test1 ) , republish , see if helps.

force new republish, new .zip file...don't reuse previous file...
