CS6 video rendering color shift

i using cs6 make time lapse video. when rendering in h.264 format there significant color shift. example green grass takes on cyan in rendered file.

i running win7 64. monitors have been calibrated using spyder 3 elite, , color management works me in other areas (printing, etc.)

what might problem here?

where viewing rendered file?

 

if reimport rendered video file photoshop see same color shift?
