How can I access ID subscription following 30-day trial

i'm hoping might able end today's nightmare.

 

background: writer has needed use id magazine project. thought there chance might able done in 30 days took advantage of free trial mac (osx).

 

due external circumstances needed id longer 30 days, committed buy after trial expired. today. trial expired , came across subscription offer £12 month. paid , got email adobe telling me a) log in a/c, b) click download , c) open id, apparently 'recognise' subscriber.

 

what happened was, after downloading , installing informed me trial has expired giving me option 'buy' or 'license'. clicking license brings prompt serial key.

 

this found in adobe email or invoice , on products page on adobe account (although product link , details there).

 

i thought might able solve going on pc , downloading windows before transferring via memory stick, transfer process taking hours. now, can open id no problem on pc - presumably because have never had trial version on there.

 

i have deleted adobe-related can find on mac , started downloading product again, have sneaky suspicion application manager still realise there expired trial in place , deny me access.

 

in hindsight should have thought having trial expire on saturday a.m. when deadline monday bad move - no-one @ adobe me.

 

i've lost day of work throught - 1 of bright sparks can save me losing another.

well, in case of else, either removing adobe-related worked or fact launched via icon rather 'launch application' link on application manager.

 

either way, i'm in - 1 day deadline!
