How does quiz multiple attempts work?

hi, trying bottom of issue , need understanding how multiple attempts in quiz works. problem:

 

have quiz set 70%. user has 2 attempts score. have set quiz 2 attempts , show "retry quiz" button. have not checked "never resume data".the quiz used in moodle 1.9 lms. setup, quiz works great. after 2 attempts, user cannot redo test.

 

however, if tell quiz not show the  "retry quiz" button , check "never resume data", users can take quiz unlimited amount of times, if quiz set 2 attempts.

 

can explain how "attempts" in captivate works? don't know why limiting quiz 2 attempts without retry quiz button not work.

that faq latest version of moodle includes information on bunch of settings aren't available in 1.9 - moodle 1.9 getting pretty old - should think upgrading asap.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
