Install get stuck on step 1 "Language" J2.5 or J3.0 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi there,
this first post, hope right place.

i manage 2 shared accounts hosted hostpapa.com , installed joomla websites
using rocketlauncher feature www.rockettheme.com (the full instal of
joomla template , demo content).
the 2 installations did joomla 1.5 , went good.

now i'm trying instal fracture template on same server www.echologia.fr
but in new directory /ecologia. , no matter try, stuck on the
first step "pick language", because when press next, a
never ending spinning circle, nothing happening.
i tried both rocketlauncher j2.5 , j3.0, nothing working.
i have been looking many days on web , found indications, no
real solution, except link take advantage of the
situation asking money solving problem :

on side, tried few things changing line in htaaccess, nothing
works.

i tried install new version of j2.5.8 fantastico via cpanel, , it
worked fine !!! of course don't have sample data of fracture
template, reason why suppose use rocketlauncher.

i tried intall new version of j2.5 , j3.0 downloaded straight joomla.org, got same problem, installation doesn't pass step 1.

i contacted rockettheme support, can't help, them server permission problem.
i contacted hostpapa support, not problem since problem stand within joomla installation...

i'm sorry long post, wanted give explanations first.

anyone has idea on how can install rocketlauncher , why get
stuck here ? 1 experiencing problem when trying instal a
new version of joomla without using fantastico ??..

i experiencing same problem. try install joomla 2.5 or joomla 3.0 , both, install progress stucked after choosing language.
