NEW! Import Fillable PDF Form and Collect Responses

formscentral allows import existing fillable pdf form , use formscentral service collect , analyze submitted data. no longer have recreate existing pdf forms within service in order take advantage of formscentral’s data collection/analysis capabilities.

 

you can use popular tools adobe acrobat x pro or adobe indesign to create pdf forms work formscentral.

 

to import pdf form go “my forms” tab, click more button on toolbar , select “import pdf form.” note: formscentral not support pdf forms created using livecycle designer (xml-based forms).

once imported normal design tab replaced “imported form” tab allows place submit button on pdf form. can place on top left or right of first page, or place on bottom left or right of last page. thumbnail shows button appear.

the options tab shows options available pdf forms (note: pdf forms not support redirect urls or payments these not shown)

the distribute tab allows open form , download submit-enabled pdf file distribution. pdf file can filled out, saved , submitted using free adobe reader.

the response , summary report tabs show data submitted pdf form. function normal form file created scratch or template.

i having issues importing existing fillable pdf form.  once imported, fields in response data out of order.  not follow tab order in place in original pdf.  option spend time dragging , rearranging form fields?

 

also - once user has submitted form, there way me view data within form design itself?  need able generate document looks form on user's end appeared when finished filling out.  please advise.
