Website Server Current Time

is there workaround, can show server current time on 1 of page.

 

we doing work doing form validations based on current time of califronia.

 

is there workaround or ideas?

i think need utc or gmt time , calculate offset - http://www.w3schools.com/js/js_obj_date.asp
