Certificate and Image Issue

hi all,

 

i have been user of captivate 4 , have downloaded trial of captivate 6 @ new place of work view investing in our e-learning going forward.

 

i have written small trial module , have couple of issues - have googled etc cannot find answer here goes....

 

certificate - in captivate 4 able insert certifcate widget , pull name of learner through variable v_name. have tried in v6 , not bring name onto certificate - ive used v_name , tried user_name variables still no name appears on certifate.

 

i have tried display name of module in 'has taken course' section of certifcate - in captivate 4 manually entered onto widget in cert slide worked fine - in v6 not option... have added variable name of module has not worked. - ideas welcome...

 

also,

 

images red boxes

 

i have problem of images showing red boxes on published scorm package when played through moodle. we've run on 2 pcs on network same issue - flash player v10 , im publishing in flash player 10. these images work absolutely fine on mac in preview mode. strange. also, have of images red boxes in main slideshow appear absolutely fine on question slide?? again ideas appreciated.

the name of user asked on runtime, when user reaches certificate slide. not have create user variable more.

 

which slide quality use? , images in format, have transparency?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
