I can't drag and drop files into "cloud"

when click on icon "upload files", can have upload them 1 @ time (i can not select multiple files using control or shift keys).  there thousands of files want move.  did watch video tutorial , see simple way explains drag , drop folder on computer "cloud" guess fancy way of saying adobe's hard drive , not mine.

 

if trying drag , drop pdf, opens file in internet explorer in same window, on same tab, click on go-back button , takes me files new file not there. 

 

i bought subscription, have been using less half hour, , frustrated not being able simplest of tasks.  please help!  sid.  928-718-7777.  there number tech support or can call me?

internet explorer not support 'drag , drop' or multiple file upload. both of these limitations security features per microsoft.

 

please try using firefox or chrome browsers.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
