Portfolio Display Error: Try closing and reopening..

i'm using acrobat x 10.1.4, windows  7

 

 

i have created sample portfolio share colleagues demonstration purposes. portfolio consists of  12 different pdfs:  10 created word docs (converted pdfs) , 2 .xlsx files.  9 of 10 word/pdf files 1 page , 1 word/pdf doc 3 pages, text.

 

when viewing portfolio either in preview mode or opening through reader, have consistenly received error:

 

"if portfolio contents not displayed correctly, try closing portfolio , reopening it. if not fix problem, try switching portfolio layouts."

 

my colleagues receive similiar error, instead says contact author of portfolio.

 

 

i have tried switching layouts , colors keep getting message.  common error , options??

 

any tips?

noone here seems know solution , experiencing same  error pdf portfolio you. did manage figure out how fix bug? tried came mind, problem remains. please let me know if found solution, i`d appreciate it.

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
