Problems with CSS with specific template - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i use specific template since moved website 1 provider errors in ie 9.

the menu looks strange , line @ menu should visible above 1 chosen category stretches outside menu.

firefox , chrome shows site correctly without issues.

i appreciate kind of information , help
