Skew motion tween - unexpected results
hi everyone,
many moons ago, created flash banner ads client. part of design text skewed part of motion tween along horizontal blur give effect of inertia. don't have .fla's anymore - have .swf's , effect looks great.
having not used flash couple of years, need reproduce same effect client. in cs5.5 getting unexpected results. move mouse left right skew object in question, more or less skew, while height of object remains same (as expected). when tween unskewed, skewed, height of object changes dramatically during transition, extending outwards origin, orignal value. resulting effect looks odd half-rotate-half-skew. way achieve desired effect per older version of flash, insert keyframe on each frame of tween , reset height hand. far time consuming workaround.
am being idiot?! missing obvious? or skew effect not operate quite same way previous?
thanks in advance help, driving me round bend
i see problem in cs5.5. i'm not it's same see see looks brownian motion artifact in skew tween.
to remedy, use actionscript.
