Captivate 6 and IE issues

hello everyone,

 

i using pc, win 7 os, 64 bit, 3.2 ghz 24 gb ram.

 

using captivate 6, developed overview voice-over: project 27 mb.

 

the project working fine , publishing. attempted place 1 of our elearning swf intros onto first slide (5 mb), , file started displaying issues. first, background of slide 3 display parts of on slide 5. deleted .swf opening, replaced static png , backgrounds cleared up.

 

when work in captivate, slides function should. however, when publish file (swf player 9, 10, 10.2 , 11), instead of playing each slide, move new slide, show background , play audio. however, playbar displays "play" triangle , none of interactions (  or text) timed play. have click play button 3 or 4 times slide show textboxes/ highlightboxes , click boxes.

 

this same in ie , firefox.

 

i tried removing timing issue having items load slide. load, cannot move forward unless select play button 3 times.

 

i have experienced few weird things captivate 4, 5, , 6; has me stumped.

 

any thoughts?

hi mike,

     have slide transisions enabled in project? if so, can remove them , re-publish project. if still face issue published output, can upload project acrobat.com , send me email sankaram@adobe.com
