Interlace Deinterlace Export and Youtube Problem

we bought nice new high end consumer camera - panasonic hc x900m . price of $800 little camera shoots sharp, crisp, colorful, high definition video. son spending year in china , did not want large camera. anyway....

it shoots in these modes believe:  1080p   and  1080i . far good. video looks great. computer. did not want buy professional level video editing system / software.... have adobe elements 10 (i believe 10 or 9).   (i use cs6 , adobe editing.)

elements not work 1080p. we've decided shoot in 1080i.

we bring video clips elements. settings project must match video shot... understand that. camera has different settings 1080i shooting. ha hg  hx  = different mbps. (here link specifications in case cannot read jpeg) http://panasonic.net/avc/camcorder/hd/x900_series/specifications.html

so set settings panymodes.jpg

project @ 1080i dv. can't remember if 60i or 30i ? (i don't have computer here me...i cannot verify exact project settings. tried few)

does elements support camera's settings video? in case 1920 x 1080 60i ?  (list above) can elements support of these, , how? assume so, if 1 mode in particular should used, please advise.

for testing shot in ha believe quality in 1080i. edited test sequence. looks , sounds great, plays fine in laptop software. export. (the goal compress down internet youtube best quality.) first go export youtube / web. adobe not accept user name , password. cannot log on youtube. yes, password correct. not work. strike one.

we decide export desktop. try h.264  , try set settings correctly, every attempt @ every setting, results in bad interlaced video. strike two. there many many options export settings. have tried great number of options.

any settings suggestions make work? besides deinterlacing every single clip on timeline? or option.

is there editing software can recommend - not high end professional - work?

thanks help.

premiere elements can work video camcorder shot in 1920x1080 avchd @ 60i. appears cam can shoot in both stereo , 5.1 audio, both of premiere elements can support -- take note of select can match these specs when set program.

currently premiere elements doesn't support 1920x1080 @ 60p -- consumer interest in format growing, may see support in upcoming version of program.

most professional video editors work 1080p60, including premiere pro cs6 , vegas pro.

as different quality levels of video, that's call. program should able work of them. if want best results, i'd use highest bit rate/quality.
